Starting in 2025, the Computer Simulation in Science (CSiS) Master's programme is proud to be part of MATHS DISC, a prestigious Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programme, co-funded by the European Union.
As part of this international programme, students benefit from a collaborative curriculum offered by leading universities across Europe. Upon successful completion, MATHS DISC graduates will receive a Joint Master Degree, recognized across participating institutions.
This new partnership opens exciting opportunities for academic exchange, international experience, and a globally recognized qualification.
The Computer Simulation in Science (CSiS) Master’s programme is a two-year (four-semester) programme comprising a total of 120 ECTS credits. Upon successful completion, students are awarded the academic degree Master of Science (M.Sc.).
As part of the programme, students choose one of the following specializations based on their academic interests and background:
To succeed in the programme, students are expected to have preliminary knowledge at the Bachelor’s level in their chosen specialization, as well as proficiency in at least one programming language.
The programme benefits from established collaborations with Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZ Jülich), offering students additional opportunities for research and practical experience.
